1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using Drop A Heater ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Service Description
Drop A Heater is a desktop application for Mac and Windows that picks your next track from your own Serato library. The service requires an active subscription and a DJ ID account.
3. Subscriptions
- Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe.
- Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at hello@dropaheater.com for refund requests.
4. DJ ID Account
A valid DJ ID account is required to use Drop A Heater. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your DJ ID credentials.
5. Local Data
The App reads your Serato library data locally on your machine. This data is never transmitted to our servers. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your music library.
6. Intellectual Property
Drop A Heater, its logo, and associated branding are the property of Drop A Heater. The recommendation algorithm, user interface, and source code are proprietary.
7. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to lost gigs, corrupted libraries, or poor track recommendations.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
